Our RDC built engines are complete from valve cover to oil pan. We start off at our machine shop where the bottom end is hot tanked, bored to 88mm, and main caps are line honed. During reassembly, we install Manley rods and pistons, ARP main and head studs, a Radium PCV plate, a Massive Speed Systems keyed crank as well as their oil pan baffle and BSD. In addition to those parts, all other pieces are replaced with new OE, such as the timing chain, timing chain guides, tensioner, sprockets, VVT solenoids, seals, gaskets, and hardware. We also add an upgraded water pump and thermostat to the builds. These engines can also be special ordered to have a custom paint job which is both nice to look at and stops the block from corroding as easily.
